After some discussion Commissioner Reives moved to <br />declare the 70 x 120' section of land surplus and propose to accept <br />the bid of $25,000.00 unless an upset bid is received. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to recess the meeting till 7:00 p.m. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the meeting recessed. Upon returning at 7:00 p.m., with all members <br />present except Commissioner Wicker, the meeting resumed. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to hold public hearings with the <br />Lee County Planning Board.
