BUfIK ib' c.r, 21 9 0 5 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County, North <br />Carolina that The zoning ordinance of Lee County, North Carolina be, <br />and it hereby is, amended as follows: <br />Section 1. That Article VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted <br />Uses. <br />Amend by changing the following permitted use: <br />Amend by adding in alphabetical order the following use: <br />"Schools, academic (additions to existing sites)" <br />Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after the date of its adoption. <br />"Schools, academic" to read "Schools, academic (new <br />sites)". <br />Said use shall be permitted in particular zoning <br />districts as a use by right indicated by placing an "X" <br />beside said use under the columns headed by RA, RR, RM, <br />01, CS, and HC. <br />Upon motion made by commissioner Jack Dossenbach, Jr. , and <br />seconded by Commissioner Jimmie Cox , this ordinance <br />was duly adopted this the -16th day of October , 1995. <br />U <br />~Ya <br />F. fIubert Garner, Chairman <br />~A <br />, Clerk to the Board <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />R.
