A copy of the Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of Lee <br />County, North Carolina is attached to these minutes and by this <br />reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plat for A & W Investment <br />Company, which proposes a 34-lot subdivision in Greenwood Township, <br />east of Black Road and south of Sheriff Watson Road. Commissioner Cox <br />moved to approve the recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: Moretz <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one <br />vote. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the Preliminary Plat of Cheshire Farms, subject to certain <br />conditions. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the <br />recommendations of the Planning, subject to certain conditions set <br />forth by the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered bids for painting of the Lee County Armory <br />Recreation Center. County Manager William Cowan asked the Board to <br />approve the low bid from Arrow Tech, Sanford, NC, in the amount of <br />$9,043.00. This matter has been discussed at a previous regular <br />meeting and work session. After some discussion commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to table the matter and discuss at the next work <br />session. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />8 <br />
