Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the petition by James Stone, for A & W <br />Investment Inc., to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to <br />Residential Mixed District 126.32 acres of land west of Black Road and <br />south of Sheriff Watson Road. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Definitions by adding the following definition: <br />"Bed & Breakfast home: A private residence offering <br />bed & breakfast accommodations to eight (8) or less <br />persons per night for a period of less than one <br />week." <br />Amend ARticle VII, Section 3.
