008 <br />sooB 16 rt.~f 185 <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve filing judgments against 1994 <br />taxes. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the petition by James Stone, for A & W <br />Investment Inc., to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to <br />Residential Mixed District 126.32 acres of land west of Black Road and <br />south of Sheriff Watson Road. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the petition by John Pittman to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Restricted District 76.70 acres of <br />land as an extension of Cheshire Drive which is located on the south <br />side of Tramway Road. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz, Reives and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of amending the Lee County Zoning Ordinance, Article IV, <br />Section. Definitions by adding the following definition: <br />"Bed & Breakfast home: A private residence offering <br />bed & breakfast accommodations to eight (8) or less <br />persons per night for a period of less than one <br />week." <br />Amend ARticle VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted Uses by adding the <br />following uses: <br />7 <br />
