Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a public hearing on proposed issuance by <br />The Lee County Financing Authority of its Tax-Exempt Mode Industrial <br />Development Revenue Refunding Bonds for Trion, Inc. Project. County <br />Attorney K. R. Hoyle explained to the Board the purpose of the bond <br />hearing. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to hold a public hearing for <br />the above stated purpose. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the public hearing was open. <br />Mr. Steven Schneider, President of Trion, Inc. and Mr. Calvin J. <br />Monsma, Finance Officer for Trion, Inc. were present and told the <br />Board the refinancing of these bonds will enable the company to <br />expand and increase the employment of Lee County. This will be a <br />good deal for the company and Lee County. <br />Mr. Richard Golan of 1419 Kelly Drive asked questions concerning <br />the revenue bonds. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to close the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a resolution for the approval of the <br />refinancing of an industrial project for Trion, Inc. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach introduced the following resolution: <br />APPROVAL OF THE REFINANCING OF AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT <br />FOR TRION, INC. BY THE ISSUANCE OF TAX-EXEMPT ADJUSTABLE <br />MODE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS <br />IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $3,200,000 <br />3 <br />
