Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews and Reives Nay: Moretz The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to one vote. The Board considered approval of the agenda. County Manager William Cowan asked that item 7-B - hearing on valuation of property known as Traceway at Carolina Trace Development owned by Carolina Trace be deleted from the agenda, and item 7-D - recommendations of the Planning Board be deleted from the agenda. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the agenda as printed, with the above deletions. Bids from the following companies had been received: R and R Uniforms $ 5,446.00 Raleigh, NC American Uniform Sales, Inc. $ 5,459.30 Fayetteville, NC Robert's Uniform No Bid Winston Salem, NC Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the low bid from R and R Uniforms, Raleigh, NC, at a price of $5,446.00.
