0 0 <br />booK 16 ?19 <br />006 <br />Ordinance of Lee County to amend Article VII, Section 3. Table of <br />Permitted Uses was requested. Change the following permitted use: <br />"Schools, academic" to read "Schools, academic (new sites)". Add in <br />alphabetical order the following use: "Schools, academic" (additions <br />to existing sites)". Said use shall be permitted as a use by right <br />indicated by placing an 'tX't beside said use under the columns headed by <br />RA, RR, RM, OI, CS and HC. <br />Mr. Jerry Seamon, representing the Lee County Schools, spoke in <br />favor of the request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to close the public hearings. <br />Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. James Wicker, Chairman of the Lee County Planning Board, <br />recommended to the Board of commissioners they accept the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board to amend the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Lee County to amend Article VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted Uses. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion h~ad~been / adopted unanimously <br />the meeting adjourned.
