soup 28 7 MINUTES OF THE WORK SESSION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA 0(jI MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 1995 ,J The work session of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 7:30 a.m. in the Gordon A. Wicker Community Conference Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; J. Douglas Moretz and Robert T. Reives. Chairman Garner presided and the following business was transacted. County Attorney K. R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. The Board considered a draft of the minutes from the regular October 9, 1995, work session. Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered approval of the agenda. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the agenda as printed. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered the approval of a lease agreement for Harnett and Lee County concerning rental property for the criminal Justice Program. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the lease agreement with Harnett and Lee County as presented. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None 1
