004 <br />f t. <br />Williams of 2413 Williams Farm Road; Mr. Wilson Weathers of 5404 <br />Sheriff Watson Road; Ms. Myrtie Lee Gaster of 5610 Sheriff Watson <br />Road; Mr. Joseph L. Dean of 2417 Williams Farm Road; Ms. Pat Hardin <br />of 5408 Holder Road; and Mrs. Georgia Garner of 2306 Kentrywood Farm <br />Road. <br />Mr. Averett told the Boards' that Mr. J. R. Holton was <br />requesting to rezone from Light Industrial District to Heavy <br />Industrial District 168.85 acres of land on Hawkins Avenue. Mr. J. <br />R. Holton, Secretary of Lee Brick & Tile spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning request. No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Mr. Averett told the Boards' that Mr. Michael Waters was <br />requesting to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to <br />Residential Restricted Conditional Use District 16.55 acres of land <br />on Henley Road to construct a nine-lot subdivision for site built <br />homes. <br />Mr. Michael Waters of 86 Trace Way spoke in favor of the request. <br />The following spoke in opposition to the request: Mr. Eddie <br />Brannan of 7509 Henley Road and Mr. Jay Greenwood of 7406 Henley <br />Road. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to close the public hearings. <br />Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews and Moretz <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews and Moretz <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the meeting adjourned. <br />"~t <br />F. bumf ert Garner, Chairman <br />4 <br />
