Following the Board's discussion <br />in closed session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go out of closed <br />session. Commissioner Matthews seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews and Moretz <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Chairman invited Planning Board members to join the <br />Commissioners for public hearings scheduled for this date and time. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Boards' that the <br />rezoning request for Dr. William Roscoe, Sr. was a continuation from <br />the last public hearing of November 20, 1995. This request is to <br />rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Residential <br />Restricted District 158.12 acres of land on Sheriff Watson Road. <br />Attorney Jimmy Love, Sr., representing Dr. Roscoe, spoke in <br />favor of the request and updated the Boards' on Dr. Roscoe's proposed <br />plans. <br />The following spoke in opposition to the request: Ms. Alice <br />003 <br />3 <br />
