Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Boards' that the rezoning request for Dr. William Roscoe, Sr. was a continuation from the last public hearing of November 20, 1995. This request is to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Residential Restricted District 158.12 acres of land on Sheriff Watson Road. Attorney Jimmy Love, Sr., representing Dr. Roscoe, spoke in favor of the request and updated the Boards' on Dr. Roscoe's proposed plans.
