Commissioner Groce moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Garner seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and <br />Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval for the petition by Michael Waters to rezone from <br />Residential Agricultural District to Residential Restricted <br />Conditional Use District 16.55 acres of land on Henley Road, with the <br />following condition: <br />(1) Permit all uses in the RR District except <br />manufactured homes. (The petitioner plans a <br />nine lot subdivision). <br />Commissioner Cox moved to deny the petition request. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach and Matthews <br />Nay: Garner, Groce, Moretz and Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion failed with a four to three vote. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the petition request by Michael <br />Waters with the above condition.
