. <br />0 as 16 305 ® 0 0 3 <br />condition precedent to the receipt of such funds, agree to submit at any time such proof including, but not <br />limited to, a copy of an independent audit performed for the fiscal year in which the funds are received, as <br />may be requested by the Board of Commissioners or the County Manager to show compliance with the <br />terms of the County's grant or appropriation, any County resolution or ordinance, or any law, state or <br />federal. <br />Section 2• <br />If any governmental department, agency, or authority funded wholly or in part by Lee County <br />shall have a compensation or salary plan that exceeds the compensation or salary plan that exceeds the <br />compensation or salary plan adopted by Lee County for the same grade, then such department, agency, or <br />authority must include a notification of such variance and a disclosure of its nature and extent in its <br />request for funds from Lee County. <br />Section 3• <br />If any governmental department, agency, or authority funded wholly or in part by Lee County has <br />a personnel plan which has benefits which exceed those extended under the Personnel Resolution adopted <br />for Lee County, then such department, agency, or authority must include a notification of such variance <br />and a disclosure of its nature and extent in its request for funds from Lee County. <br />Section 4: <br />Failure of any organization to comply with any of the foregoing provisions shall be authority for <br />the County Manager or Finance Officer to suspend payment of any County funds. <br />During the discussion process for this matter, Commissioner Reives moved to extend the time for an <br />additional ten (10) minutes to continue discussion. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman niled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting continued. <br />After further discussion of the above resolution Commissioner Matthews moved to adjourn the meeting. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Rcivcs <br />Nay: None <br />Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting adjourned. <br />F.
