010 <br />600K N 343 <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. Planning <br />Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommend approval of the <br />petition by Clyde Burge to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Light <br />Industrial District a portion of approximately 116.7 acres at 3805 Jefferson Davis <br />Highway. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Groce seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended approval of the <br />petition from Stanley Davis to rezone from Residential Restricted District to <br />Residential Agricultural Conditional Use District approximately 1.36 acres of land at <br />508 Steel Bridge Road. Commissioner Groce asked to be excused from voting due to <br />a personal interest in the matter. Commissioner Reives moved to excuse <br />Commissioner Groce from voting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />Commissioner Groce was excused from voting. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to approve the recommendations of the Planning Board on <br />the Davis petition.
