Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: Nay <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the write-off of delinquent ambulance bills prior to July <br />I, 1988 through December 31, 1989. Tax Administrator Nathan Crissman discussed the <br />bills with the Board and answered questions. After some discussion Commissioner <br />Reives moved to approve the write-off of delinquent ambulance bills for July 1, 1988 <br />through December 31, 1989. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After further discussion Commissioner Moretz moved that after delinquent ambulance <br />bills are eighteen (18) months old they are to be sent out to any interested attorney for <br />collection purposes. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered budget amendment # 03/18/96/18. Finance Director Lisa <br />Minter answered questions of the Board. Commissioner Reives moved to approve <br />budget amendment # 03/18/96/18, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered approval of Johnston-Lee Community Actions FY 1996 <br />application for funding. Chairman Garner presented the application for funding to the <br />Board for consideration and answered questions. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />11 <br />
