C05 <br />16 -,420 <br />The Board considered the budget for members of the Board of Education. <br />Commissioner Moretz expressed concern as to why there was no specific line item for <br />members of the Board of Education to show travel, salary, etc. After some discussion <br />County Manager William Cowan was instructed to check into this matter and have <br />information for the next meeting. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to go into closed session to consult with the County <br />Attorney concerning limited waiver of the statute of limitations period. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in closed session, Commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to go out of closed session. Commissioner Reives seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned. <br />F.
