Depth to width ratio of 4 to 1 on lot size. <br />Allow any division where no parcel is less than 5 acres without approval except <br />certification by a private soil scientist as to suitability of soils for sewage disposal <br />system or availability of sewer <br />Provide "real" buffers between areas with different uses or zoning. <br />Do not require developers to extend roads to property with different uses. <br />In event access is proposed by Planning Board, adjacent property owner must, <br />within 30 days, agree to pay for all additional cost of development for <br />maintenance and any economic loss caused by the access. <br />00()9 <br />
