Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered appointments to the Board of Adjustments. Commissioner <br />Moretz nominated Tom Vernon as an alternate member to the Board of Adjustments. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to close nominations and appoint Tom Vernon as an <br />alternate member to the Board of Adjustments. Commissioner Groce seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered appointments to the Mid-Carolina Work Force <br />Development Board. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to appoint Priscilla Martin to the <br />Mid-Carolina Work Force Development Board. Commissioner Matthews seconded the, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered appointments to the Youth Commission. Commissioner <br />Groce nominated John Lee and Commissioner Cox re-appointed Martha Petty to the <br />Youth Commission. Commissioner Moretz moved to close nominations and accept the <br />above as members to the Youth Commission. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered approval of the agenda. Commissioner Groce asked the <br />Board to consider a minor subdivision matter and Commissioner Moretz asked the Board <br />to consider a personnel matter in closed session. Commissioner Reives moved to approve <br />the agenda as printed, with the above additions.
