Smith Reynolds Foundation application for Youth <br />Services. Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation <br />application in the amount of $22,000.00 to furnish a new van for the Restitution Program <br />in Lee County. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the donation of computer equipment to the Enrichment <br />Center. Administrative Assistant Debbie Davidson told the Board two computer systems <br />have been donated to the Enrichment Center, one valued at $3,961.00 from IBM and the <br />other valued at $2,379.90 from the Enrichment Center, Inc. Commissioner Groce moved <br />to approve the donation of the above two computer systems to the Enrichment Center. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the County of Lee Transportation Development Plan <br />Update for FY 1996-2000. Administrative Assistant Debbie Davidson told the Board The <br />Lee County Transportation Advisory Board and the Public Transportation and Rail <br />Division of the North Carolina Department of Transportation have approved the four-year <br />plan for transportation services in Lee County. Commissioner Reives moved to approve <br />the County of Lee Transportation Development Plan Update for FY 1996-2000 as <br />presented.
