Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Groce left the meeting at this time. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go into closed session to discuss matters <br />relating to the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County. <br />Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and the Board was <br />in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in closed session, Commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to go out of closed session. Commissioner Moretz seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The meeting recessed until 7:00 p.m. <br />Upon returning at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs courtroom of the old Lee County <br />Courthouse at 1408 South Horner Blvd., with all members present, the meeting resumed <br />for public hearings as scheduled for this date and time. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to open the public hearings with members of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Groce seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the public <br />hearings began. <br />11 <br />
