"Minor <br />Subdivision" ( for 3 lots or less) to provide procedures to obtain final plat <br />approval as follows: <br />A. Minor Subdivisions - procedures for not more than 3 lots with frontage <br />on existing, publicly-maintained roads when no street dedication or <br />extensions of public water, sewer or other public improvements are <br />involved.
