Amend Article VII, Section 3. "Table of Permitted Uses" by adding additional <br />light manufacturing and related uses as permitted uses by right to the Light <br />Industrial District. <br />Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Subdivision Regulations. Amendments <br />to the Subdivision Regulations for consideration are summarized as follows: <br />1. Delete Section D. "Minor Subdivisions" from Article V "DEFINITIONS" in its <br />entirety which has heretofore allowed: <br />(1) Division of a parcel of land into not more than 3 lots where each lot would <br />have public road frontage. <br />(2) Division of a parcel of land into not more than 3 lots where each lot would <br />have frontage on a perpetual easement of 30 feet in width connecting to a <br />public road and serving not more than 3 lots. <br />(3) Division of a land-locked parcel of land into 2 lots served by a perpetual <br />easement of at least 12 feet in width connecting to a public road provided <br />that the parcel and easement were on record prior to October 16, 1978. <br />Add new definitions of "major subdivision" and "minor subdivision" to <br />section B. "Additional Definitions" of Article V in numerical sequence as <br />follows: <br />20. "SUBDIVISION, MAJOR: All subdivisions not classified as minor <br />subdivisions including, but not limited to, subdivisions of four (4) or more <br />lots, or any size subdivision which requires the extension of a public or <br />
