Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved that any present lot shown and depicted upon a <br />preliminary or final plat which has been approved by the Board, as of the date of this <br />hearing, may still be developed and occupied and is considered "grandfathered" with <br />respect to the changes being made in the Lee County Zoning Ordinance at this meeting. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to create new zones in each of the districts (RA, RR, <br />and RM) which would allow for a lot with a 30,000 square foot minimum and a 35,000 <br />square foot average, provided that public water was available. Commissioner Reives <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After further discussion Commissioner Cox moved to adopt the proposed changes to the <br />Lee County Zoning Ordinance as amended above, per the revised public notice, a copy of <br />which is attached to. these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Commissioner Groce seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: - <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Groce, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: Garner and Matthews <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to two vote. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to adopt the proposed Lee County Subdivision <br />Ordinance.
