FO 44 Iq 'A 567 0045 <br />The Board considered waiving tipping fees at the landfill and reconnection fees in <br />the Inspections Department due to Hurricane Fran. After some discussion Commissioner <br />Moretz moved to waive tipping fees for 30 days at the landfill and waive the $30.00 <br />reconnection fee in the Inspections Department due to Hurricane Fran. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to recess the meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to go into the Lee County Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board <br />discussed matters in the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. I meeting. Following <br />discussion in the Water and Sewer District Commission Dossenbach moved to adjourn the <br />meeting of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />back in regular session. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go into closed session to discuss matters <br />relating to the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County and <br />discussion of a personnel matter. Commissioner Groce seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />14 <br />
