FO 44 Iq 'A 567 0045 The Board considered waiving tipping fees at the landfill and reconnection fees in the Inspections Department due to Hurricane Fran. After some discussion Commissioner Moretz moved to waive tipping fees for 30 days at the landfill and waive the $30.00 reconnection fee in the Inspections Department due to Hurricane Fran. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Reives moved to recess the meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Cox moved to go into the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Following discussion in the Water and Sewer District Commission Dossenbach moved to adjourn the meeting of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was back in regular session. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go into closed session to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County and discussion of a personnel matter.
