Commissioner Groce seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Members of the Planning Board were asked to join the Commissioners for a joint <br />public hearing. <br />Planner Glen Moore told the Boards' that Douglas Moretz was requesting to <br />rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Light Industrial District 10.50 acres of <br />land located at the 2200 block of Brown Road. <br />Mark Lyczkowski of 1616 Pendergrass Road spoke in favor of the rezoning <br />request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives made a motion for the County Manager to request <br />information concerning the purchase price of modular units purchased or leased since <br />13 <br />
