0 my 16 I'asf 6430 0411 <br />approximately 150 uniforms. Commissioner Matthews moved to appropriate $20,000 to <br />the Board of Education for the purpose of purchasing new band uniforms. Commissioner <br />Groce seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: Cox <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one vote. <br />Commissioner Reives asked the Board to add to the agenda discussion on an <br />easement for the Wicker School property. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Groce moved to recess the regular meeting and go into the Lee <br />County Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting for the purpose of conducting business. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board <br />went into the Water and Sewer District No. I meeting. Following the Board's discussion <br />in the Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting, Commissioner Groce moved to adjourn <br />the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. I. meeting. Commissioner Moretz <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and business <br />continued from the regular agenda. <br />The Board considered an easement agreement between the County of Lee and the <br />Lee County Board of Education concerning property at the Wicker School site. County <br />Attorney K. R. Hoyle discussed the matter with the Board and answered questions. After <br />some discussion Commissioner Cox moved the matter be placed on the next work session <br />agenda. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />
