Commissioner Moretz <br />moved approval of budget amendment # 11/04/96/10, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Reives seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the correction of minutes for the July 15, 1993 meeting. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle told the Board in reviewing the minutes with respect to the <br />Zoning Ordinance to produce an up-to-date version for consideration by the Board, it was <br />discovered that an error was made in the minutes of the July 15, 1993, meeting. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to amend the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners held on July 15, 1993, which have been previously adopted in the <br />following respects: <br />1. By striking the word "deleting" where it appears in line 16 in <br />Minute Book 15, Page 305, and substituting in lieu thereof the word "amending" so that <br />the 16th line reads" consider amending Article VIII, Dimensional Requirements, <br />Section 1...". <br />2. By striking the word "deleting" in line 31 as it appears in Minute <br />Book 15, Page 305, so that the 31st line reads, "Commissioner Paschal moved to approve <br />amending Article VIII, <br />3. By deleting the period after the word "County" in line 33 of Minute <br />Book 15, Page 305, and inserting at that point the following language as follows: <br />a) delete "100" in the "Lot Frontage Width In Feet" column <br />under "Minimum Lot Size" listed for the residential agricultural district (single unit), <br />residential restricted district (single unit), and residential mixed district (single unit, <br />duplex); <br />b) add "35 feet at street line and 100 feet at front building set <br />back line" in the "Lot Frontage Width In Feet" column under "Minimum Lot Size" listed <br />
