Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Croce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Dossenbach left the meeting at this time. Commissioner Cox moved to go into closed session to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was in closed session. Following discussion in closed session Commissioner Matthews moved to go out of closed session. The meeting recessed until 7:00 p.m. After returning at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs courtroom of the old Lee County Courthouse at 1408 South Horner Blvd., with all members present, except Commissioners Dossenbach and Groce, the meeting resumed for public hearings as scheduled for this date and time.
