Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Croce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach left the meeting at this time. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to go into closed session to discuss matters relating to <br />the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />in closed session. Following discussion in closed session Commissioner Matthews moved <br />to go out of closed session. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The meeting recessed until 7:00 p.m. <br />After returning at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs courtroom of the old Lee County <br />Courthouse at 1408 South Horner Blvd., with all members present, except Commissioners <br />Dossenbach and Groce, the meeting resumed for public hearings as scheduled for this date <br />and time. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to open the public hearings with members of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett outlined for the Boards and general public the <br />rezoning petition for Mark Lyczkowski to rezone from Residential Restricted District to <br />10 <br />
