That the officers of the Board are authorized and directed to take all <br />actions and to execute all documents to carry out the provisions of this resolution. <br />Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board discussed a recent memo sent to all Commissioners concerning the <br />statutes authorizing appointments to the Social Service, Public Health and Mental Health <br />Boards. No action was taken but after some discussion it was decided to discuss the <br />matter further at the next work session on January 13th. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to go into closed session to discuss matters relating to <br />the location or expansion of industries or other business in Lee County. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />in closed session. Following discussion in closed session Commissioner Matthews moved <br />to go out of closed session.
