Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: Cox <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to one vote. <br />After still further discussion Commissioner Cox moved to approve the following proposed <br />fees as submitted: <br />Swimming Pool Permits: <br />• new pool plan/plan review $300.00 <br />• secondary or additional pooVwading pools, spas $150.00 <br />• existing pools $100.00 <br />Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows; <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to approve the proposed fees as follows for Environmental <br />Health on-site wastewater: <br />• Type I <br />• Type 11 <br />• Type III <br />• Type IV <br />• Type V <br />• Type VI <br />No fee <br />$130.00 <br />$150.00 + <br />$160.00 + <br />$170.00 + <br />$170.00 + <br />Additional fee of $ .15 per gallon per day shall be added to the Construction <br />Authorization/Operation permits for any system over 480 gpd up to 1,480 gpd and <br />amounts greater than 1,480 gpd an additional fee of $ .10 gpd for each gallon over <br />1,480 shall be assessed.) <br />Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion.
