Asbill <br />to rezone from Residential Restricted District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use <br />District 1.81 acres of land at 3611 Hawkins Avenue for wholesale and retail sales. <br />Mr. James Asbill, of 3533 Hawkins Avenue, owner of Floretta imports, spoke in <br />favor of the rezoning request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. <br />Mr. Asbill was sworn in by County Attorney K. R. Hoyle and told the Boards why <br />he was asking for the rezoning request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to his request. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved approval of the following "Finding of Facts" <br />concerning Mr. Asbill's rezoning request: <br />• the use is among the uses listed as permitted in the zoning district <br />in which it is to be located <br />• the proposed use will not endanger the public health or safety <br />6 <br />
