Alm <br />aoliit f6 85 0 0 0 6 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations from the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the following rezoning requests: <br />• petition by J. Clyde Garner to rezone from <br />Residential Agricultural District to Residential <br />Mixed 35/30 District approximately 19.53 acres <br />of land off Farmstead Drive <br />• petition by John C. Daniel, III to rezone from <br />Residential Agricultural District and Residential <br />Restricted District to Light Industrial District <br />approximately 212.86 acres of land west of Harvey <br />Faulk Road and NC 87, South <br />• petition by John C. Daniel, III to rezone from <br />Residential District to Highway Commercial <br />District approximately 26.48 acres of land west of <br />Harvey Faulk Road and NC 87, South <br />• petition by James H. Asbill to rezone from <br />Residential Restricted District to Highway <br />Commercial Use District 1.81 acres of land at <br />3611 Hawkins Avenue for wholesale and retail <br />sales <br />• final plat survey for Jerry and Elizabeth Ragland, <br />Blackstone and Worthy Road <br />Commissioner Reives moved to accept the recommendations from the <br />Planning Board on the above petitions. Commissioner Cox seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and <br />Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a recommendation from the Environmental <br />Affairs Board. Planning Director Trevis Averett discussed with the Board <br />the proposed West Cary Wastewater Treatment Facility discharge sites. <br />6 <br />
