It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Cameron Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1997 and ending on <br />June 30, 1998: <br />Cameron District Taxes 26,567 <br />Fund Balance 1,000 <br />TOTAL 27,567 <br />SECTION 39. <br />(A) The use of facsimile signatures are approved for county vouchers. <br />(B) Usage of personal vehicles will be reimbursed at the maximum rate allowed <br />by Federal Tax Laws. <br />(C) The County Manager shall be paid an annual travel allowance of $6,500 for <br />the use of his private automobile. <br />(D) The Lee County Classification Plan and salary schedule incorporated as part <br />of this ordinance by reference and attached hereto are hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 40. There is hereby levied a tax of 71 cents per one hundred dollars <br />($100) valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 1997, for the purpose of <br />raising the revenue listed as "Current Year Property Tax" in the. General Fund,in Section 2 <br />of this ordinance. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of property for purpose of <br />taxation of $2,338,434,000 and an estimated collection rate of 97.00%. <br />SECTION 41. The Budget Officer is hereby authorized to transfer appropriations <br />within a fund as contained herein under the following conditions: <br />(a) He may transfer amounts between objects of expenditures within a department <br />without limitation. <br />(b) He may transfer amounts up to $5,000.00 between departments of the same <br />fund. <br />(c) He may not transfer any amounts between funds nor from any Contingency <br />appropriation within any fund. <br />SECTION 42. The County Manager and the Clerk to the Board are hereby <br />authorized to execute the necessary agreements within funds included in the Budget <br />Ordinance for the following purposes: <br />
