Commissioner Paschal moved to <br />approve the following: <br />WHEREAS, The North Carolina Department of Transportation anticipated a July, <br />1997 allocation of $142,491 in Secondary Road Construction Funds, $109,448 in <br />Secondary Road Trust Funds, and $82,675 in Secondary Road Bond Funds for a total of <br />$334,614 for the forthcoming construction season and a public meeting was held on June <br />16, 1997 in the Commissioners' Room of the Lee County Government Center in Sanford <br />concerning the expenditures of said funds. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to retain $27,491 of Secondary Road Construction <br />Funds, $19,448 of Secondary Road Trust Funds, and $32,675 of Secondary Road Bond <br />2 <br />
