Commissioner Matthews seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />in closed session. After discussion in closed session, Commissioner Moretz moved to go <br />out of closed session. Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />G' 13 <br />13 <br />
