Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Assistant Planning Director Trevis Averett outlined the rezoning request for both <br />Boards. <br />Mr. Jack Maxwell of 2107 Stuphin Drive explained to the Boards his intentions for <br />the rezoning request. Chairman Garner swore all individuals in that wished to make <br />comments or ask questions, including Mr. Maxwell. <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition to the rezoning request: <br />Helen Edwards <br />Joe Edwards <br />Melissa Palmer <br />Nancy Kelly <br />Walter Tyler <br />Jonathan Kelly <br />7800 Cedar Lane Road <br />7800 Cedar Lane Road <br />7907 Cedar Lane Road <br />7815 Cedar Lane Road <br />8501 Blakely Road <br />7815 Cedar Lane Road <br />Commissioner Mansfield moved to close the public hearings. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Gamer, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner <br />Mansfield moved to adjourn the meeting.
