61 005 <br />0 eoo{ 17 I',.cF 200 <br />Chairperson Matthews called for a vote, the results of which follow: <br />COMMISSIONER VOTED FOR <br />Cox <br />Stevens <br />Garner <br />Stevens <br />Mansfield <br />Stevens <br />Matthews <br />Walton <br />Moretz <br />Walton <br />Paschal <br />Walton <br />Reives <br />Walton <br />Chairperson Matthews announced that Barbara Walton had been elected to the Sanford- <br />Lee County Regional Airport Authority by a majority vote, to replace Mr. Tom Poe, who <br />passed away in December. <br />The Board considered recommendations on names of new private roads in Lee <br />County. E-91 I Coordinator Don Kovasckitz went over with the Board suggested names <br />for private roads in the county. Commissioner Moretz moved to accept the Planning <br />Board's recommendation for names of new private roads in Lee County. Commissioner <br />Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved that the County Attorney contact the School Board <br />Attorney and get answers as to why requested personnel information had not been <br />supplied. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to go into a public hearing, that had been advertised <br />for this date and time, to hear comments concerning a Cable Television Franchise between <br />Lee County and Charter Communications 11, L. P. Commissioner Moretz seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />5 <br />
