The bond shall be renewed annually and a certificate of <br />removal submitted for as long as the tower remains in place. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye'. Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett discussed with the Board information regarding the location of pre- <br />1976 Class C manufactured homes within Lee County. After some discussion, <br />Commissioner Cox moved to revert back to the previous Zoning Ordinance pertaining to <br />Class C Manufactured Homes and to allow the Class C homes in Lee County. <br />Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Paschal <br />Nay: Reives <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one vote. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to hold a public hearing on this Ordinance at the February <br />16, 1998 meeting. Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an appointment to the Sanford-Lee County Regional <br />,Airport Authority. Chairperson Matthews opened the floor for nominations. <br />Commissioner Moretz nominated Barbara Walton. Commissioner Mansfield nominated <br />Bob Stevens. Commissioner Reives moved to close the nominations. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and nominations <br />were closed. <br />4 <br />
