The bond shall be renewed annually and a certificate of removal submitted for as long as the tower remains in place. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye'. Mr. Averett discussed with the Board information regarding the location of pre- 1976 Class C manufactured homes within Lee County. After some discussion, Commissioner Cox moved to revert back to the previous Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Class C Manufactured Homes and to allow the Class C homes in Lee County. Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Paschal Nay: Reives The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one vote. Commissioner Reives moved to hold a public hearing on this Ordinance at the February 16, 1998 meeting. Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered an appointment to the Sanford-Lee County Regional ,Airport Authority. Chairperson Matthews opened the floor for nominations. Commissioner Moretz nominated Barbara Walton. Commissioner Mansfield nominated Bob Stevens. Commissioner Reives moved to close the nominations. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and nominations were closed. 4
