Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Planner Ron Satterfield presented an Ordinance to Amend Article VII, Section <br />3, Table of Permitted Uses by adding "(manufactured home), Class C" as a permitted <br />use in all Residential Agricultural Districts, and in all Residential Mixed Districts, and <br />also set requirements for issuing a Temporary Occupancy Permit for "Class C" <br />manufactured homes. <br />Mr. James R. Thomas of 6533 Bradley Road asked the Board to approve the <br />Ordinance because not all people can afford a new mobile home. Chairperson <br />Matthews stated that several Commissioners had received calls from John Matthews <br />asking the Board to endorse the proposed Ordinance. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the amended Ordinance. <br />Planner Althea Thompson presented a petition by Christopher Stone and April <br />Smith to rezone 1.48 acres of land at 33 Branch Road from Residential Restricted <br />District to Residential Agricultural 50/40 District. <br />Ms. April Smith of 3827 Branch Road spoke in favor of the rezoning petition. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />Planner Althea Thompson presented a petition by Lee Paving Company to <br />rezone from Heavy Industrial District to Residential Agricultural District approximately <br />68.11 acres of land at 911 Rocky Fork Church Road. <br />Mr. Tony Woodell of 2117 Brookwood Trail, representing Lee Paving <br />Company, spoke in favor of the request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. <br />Mrs. Thompson outlined the petition by Cecil C. Cameron, agent for Annie E. <br />Hall, to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Residential Agricultural 50/40 <br />District approximately 40,000 square feet (.92 acres) of land at 8614 Thomas Kelly <br />Road. <br />Mr. Cecil Cameron of 1331 Avents Ferry Road spoke in favor of the rezoning <br />petition for Annie E.
