aoo{ 1'7 r~~,cE <2e <br />STAFF ASSISTANCE: <br />The board may call upon the Tax Administrator or any member of his staff, <br />including the mapping personnel, as well as the county attorney for assistance <br />as needed. <br />COMPENSATION: <br />Members of this board shall be compensated at the rate of $15.00 per hour <br />or fraction thereof. <br />2. The following persons are appointed to serve as the members of the <br />Board of Equalization and Review: <br />Jack Campbell <br />Albert Adcock <br />Jack McNeill <br />Max Matthews <br />Angela Martin McLeod <br />3. The following persons are hereby appointed to serve as alternate <br />members of the Board of Equalization and Review: <br />• Alternate #I Johnny Mack Burns <br />Alternate 42 Herman Morris <br />4. Albert Adcock is hereby appointed chairman of the Board of <br />Equalization and Review and Max Matthews is appointed vice-chairman. <br />5. That this resolution be entered into the minutes of the meeting of the <br />Board of Commissioners for February 16, 1998, and a copy thereof be forwarded to the <br />Department of Revenue within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives asked that all County Parks' signs, especially those named <br />in memory of someone, be kept in good repair. <br />The Board discussed <br />a First <br />Respond <br />er program <br />for <br />Lee County. <br />Commissioner Moretz told the <br />Board <br />he didn't <br />think now <br />was <br />the time for a <br />7 <br />
