Planner Ron Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the proposed amended Ordinance to set requirements for issuing a <br />Temporary Occupancy Permit for Class C manufactured homes with the stipulation that <br />a Building Inspector do a walk-through inspection of plumbing and electrical wiring <br />prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve <br />the proposed Ordinance without any restrictions, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Matthews seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and would be <br />in effect as of February 17, 1998. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the rezoning petition by Christopher Stone and April Smith to rezone 1.48 acres of <br />land at 33 Branch Road. Commissioner Reives moved to accept the recommendation <br />of the Planning Board. Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows. <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />• Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the petition by Lee Paving Company to rezone 68.11 acres of land at 911 Rocky <br />Fork Church Road. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of <br />the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Satterfield told the Board the Planning Board recommended approval of the <br />petition by Cecil C. Cameron, agent for Annie E. Hall, to rezone 40 square feet (92 <br />acres) of land at 8614 Thomas Kelly Road. Commissioner Garner moved to approve <br />the recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />• Nay: None <br />
