After some <br />discussion, Commissioner Reives moved a letter be sent to the City of Sanford asking how <br />information about citizens' special medical conditions or other special needs would be <br />handled upon completion of the E-911 communication aided dispatch upgrade. <br />Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go into the Water and Sewer District No. 1 <br />meeting. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board <br />was in the Water and Sewer District No. I meeting. After completing business in the <br />Water and Sewer District No. I meeting, Commissioner Reives moved to go out of the <br />Water and Sewer District No. I meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The meeting recess until 7:00 p.m. <br />With all members present, the meeting resumed at 7:00 p.m. in courtroom # 4 at <br />the Old Lee County Courthouse on South Horner Blvd. Chairperson Matthews called the <br />meeting to order. Commissioner Paschal moved to open the public hearing concerning <br />proposed hunting regulations for Lee County.
