VIII. COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS <br />IX. CLOSED SESSIONS <br />At this time, Commissioner Oldham moved to go into Closed Session pursuant to N.C. <br />General Statute Section 143.318.11(a)(6) to discuss a personnel matter and per Section <br />143-318.11(a)(3) to consult with the County Attorney to preserve the attorney-client <br />privilege. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />Commissioner Sloan moved to go back into open session. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />Following the return from Closed Session, Assistant County Manager/Finance Director <br />Lisa Minter presented Budget Amendment # 05/07/18/11. Commissioner Oldham moved <br />to approve Budget Amendment #05/07/18/11 as presented, a copy of which is attached to <br />these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br />At this time, Commissioner Sloan moved to hold a public hearing for the Capital <br />Improvement Plan on June 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />Page 819 <br />
