This ranked list of all projects in all <br />modes will be used to develop the recommended point assignments by TARPO. The <br />recommendation will call for the two top -scoring projects within each county to be allocated <br />100 points each. Additionally, the six next -highest scoring projects within the region will <br />also be allocated 100 points each to reach TARPO's total point allocation of 1,400 points. <br />There will be a public meeting in Lee County in late May/early June 2018 to review <br />the rankings of all 4 counties in TARPO prior to submittal to TARPO approving the final list. <br />Commissioner Oldham moved to approve the rankings and forward them as presented to <br />TARPO. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Dodson <br />The Chair ruled the motion had carried. <br />B. 2017 Lee County State of the County Health Report <br />Health Department Director Heath Cain presented an overview of the State of the <br />County Health Report. The Health Department is required to complete a Community <br />Health Assessment every four years as a part of accreditation. The purpose of the CHA is <br />to collect health data and information from county residents, the State Center for Health <br />Statistics and other sources to identify the top health priorities for the County. In the interim <br />years, the Health Department must complete a State of the County Health Report that <br />Page 519 <br />
