I anticipate that we can complete the redaction project approximately six months after receiving the approval for starting. Our fees for the project will be based on the actual number of images to process, and will be tiered for volume. This means that we will provide you with a discount for all images over 500,000 as follows: • Rule writing fee: $2,500.00 • First 500,00 images: $.04 per image • Images 500,001 to 1,000,000: $.039 per image • Images 1,000,001 to 2,000,000: $.038 per image We estimate that you will have 1,141,958 images to process for redaction. Therefore, if the County commits to the project prior to June 30, 2011, our fee will be: • Rule writing fee: $2,500.00 • Images 1- 500,000: o 500,000 images at $.04 per image = $20,000.00 • Images 500,001 to 1,000,000: o 500,000 images at $.039 per image = $19,500.00 • Images over 1,000,000: o 141,958 images at $.038 per image $5,394.40 • • Total fee for 1,141,958 images= $47,394.40 The pricing above assumes that the County contracts with Logan Systems this fiscal year, and that the image count stops at December 30, 2010. This dramatically increases the number of pages that need to be reviewed by our staff, but allows us to produce higher quality results.
