After hearing the Board's comments, the policy, application and sample contract have been revised to incorporate or handle the Board's concerns. The changes are highlighted on the attachments. Commissioner Womack has also provided a revised copy of the policy for the Board's consideration. On January 18, 2011, the Board of 'Commissioners delayed consideration until the February 7, 2011 meeting. RECOMMENDATION Adopt a non - profit agency funding policy and approve the application for the FY 2011 -2012 budget process.
