Main Street, Broadway, N�o�th Carolina. Commissioners present were Larry <br />"Doc" Oldham and Charles T. Parks. Commissioners R ichard B. Hayes, Nathan E. He stated the event was not a meeting of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of <br />Health, but rather a I ,44eting't ( o educate the public about the ordinance and provide an <br />opportunity for comments��h ,t I��IIIIIIIIItIIIIi <br />Dr. David Fisher, Chairman of the Lee County Board of Health introduced himself and <br />welcomed everyone to the meeting" <br />` <br />il Ms. Pam - I ... r, Health Educator with the Lee County Health Department asked <br />citizens sign the �� ign -up" sheet if they wished to make comments and complete a sheet <br />listing their concernsllthat would be compiled, summarized, and shared with the Board of <br />Health, Mj missioners and Lee County attorney's. <br />Mr. RoyjlWarren, Director of Environmental Health and Animal Control presented a <br />power -point presentation discussing changes made to the Animal Control Ordinance. <br />The following citizens signed up to speak and were allowed up to five minutes to make <br />comments: <br />• 1.
