Mr. Noel congratulated new Commissioners and re- elected Commissioners and stated he was pleased to see new people and new faces on the Board. He further shared some of his following concerns with the Board: • Reduce spending and not raise taxes, • Create a realistic budget and operate within those bounds with no exceptions, O • Eliminate unnecessary spending; • More effectively control the spending activities of the Board of Education 3
