626 <br />• ARTICLE XI <br />RATIFICATIONS PROVISIONS <br />These bylaws are duly adopted by a majority of the members of the Committee this 27' day of <br />January 1988, meeting in Sanford -Lee County, North Carolina. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />PUBLIC ACCESS PROCEDURES <br />All information gathered under SARA Title 111 or the North Carolina Hazardous Materizls <br />Right -To -Know Act in the Committee's possession which is not confidential under state or <br />federal law and does not affect opens tional security concerns, shall be available to the public for <br />inspection and review. <br />All material maintained under SARA Title III or the North Carolina Hazardous Materials Right - <br />To -Know Act is available by request to the LEPC Chairperson (or designee) for public access <br />and review. The materials will be maintained in an accessible database. This database will be <br />available during business hours at the Emergency Services Office where the information is <br />• stored. <br />All data will be updated at least annually. Members of the public desiring to access the <br />information after business hours will be provided an evening hour appointment with Emergency <br />Services.
