Description and schedules of a training program for emergency response Personnel. <br />9. Methods and schedules for exercising emergency response plans. <br />10. Submit the emergency response plan, once developed, to the State Emergency <br />Response Commission for review. <br />ARTICLE III <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />Section 1. Members <br />The Lee County local Emergency Planning Committee shall consist of a maximum of thirty <br />• (30) voting members. Members shall be appointed by the LEPC Chairperson and approved by <br />the Board of Lee County Commissioners. The LEPC Chairperson will determine ex- officio <br />members. There should be at least one (1) representative in each category below: <br />A. State or Local Elected Official (either). <br />B. Law Enforcement (City, County and /or State). <br />C. Emergency Medical Services (EMS Director or designee). <br />D. Emergency Management. <br />E. Health (Public, Local and /or State Government). <br />F. <br />City Fire (Chief or designee). <br />G. <br />County Fire (Chief or designee). <br />H. <br />Environmental (Professional, Local /State Government or other Environmental <br />Official). <br />1. <br />Hospital (Administrator). <br />J. <br />Transportation (Trucking industry, school, railroad, evacuation, or DOT). <br />K. <br />Media (Broadcast and Print). <br />L. <br />Community Groups (citizen group or private community group). <br />M. <br />Industry Facilities (covered facility, private sector or public sector). <br />N. <br />Public. <br />0. <br />Agriculture (Extension Service). <br />P. <br />Labor, OSHA (Safety and Health Compliance Officers, Department of Labor). <br />Q. <br />Others as desired by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />
