Revised funding plan for the Home and Community Care Block Grant. <br /> F. COLTS Safety Plan Updates. <br /> G. Emergency Management Performance Grant Application for FY 2018. <br /> H. Tax Release and Refund Report for January 2018. <br /> I. Vehicle purchase for the Lee County Sheriff's Office. <br /> J. Budget Amendment# 02/19/18/08. <br /> K. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> A. Public hearing on a proposed economic development project with Project Wolfpack <br /> At 6:00 p.m. the Board conducted a public hearing on a proposed economic <br /> development incentive for Project Wolfpack. SAGA Economic Development <br /> Executive Director Bob Joyce stated that the project consists of building renovations <br /> and the purchase of machinery and equipment in the amount of$41,000,000 in <br /> taxable investment in Lee County, with the County sharing up to $715,977 of the <br /> cost of the project with revenues from the County General Fund over the five year <br /> life of the project. The project is estimated to create at least 18 new jobs with an <br /> average annual wage of$27,040. Notice of public hearing was published in The <br /> Sanford Herald on February 9, 2018. Commissioner Knecht asked about prior <br /> incentives granted to the company. The County Manager responded that they had <br /> received approximately 4-5 to his knowledge in the past with the last one being <br /> Page 218 <br />
